He returned to Ahmedabad and created Upper Crust — introducing the city to an unparalleled bakery and culinary experience. After establishing the brand, he launched Shagun Catering, which is now a household name across weddings, receptions, sangeet, corporate events, and more.
Monisha joined Lester soon after Upper Crust began. Her foresight and skills brought a food revolution, lifting the brand to great heights. Together they opened a second branch of Upper Crust at Vijay Char Rasta and diversified into a fusion food chain. As their popularity soared, they introduced international cuisine to Ahmedabad — welcomed with open arms by the city.
